Our Global Wellbeing Program
As part of our Global Wellbeing Program, a number of our people have been trained as Mental Health Ambassadors and Mental Health First Aiders. The roles offer anyone developing or suffering from issues with their mental or physical wellbeing, or a crisis, someone to reach out and talk to within the business.
Mental Health First Aiders
Mental Health First Aiders are trained to act in the same way a first aider would if an employee was suffering physically. The same as a first aider, mental health first aiders are not trained counsellors or therapists however have the skills to be able to listen, talk and support along with our Employee Assistance Program where one can gain specialist support.
Mental Health Ambassadors
The Mental Health Ambassadors are always available to offer anyone developing or suffering from ill mental health, someone to reach out and talk to within the business. They act as a point of contact for employees experiencing ill mental health and are trained to identify the signs & symptoms for a range of ill mental health.
Our Mental Health First Aiders and Ambassadors have a badge in their email signatures that certifies they have received their training and are there to support.
