Going green for the grass court series
The beginning of June saw the start to the 2023 tennis grass court season, and our Live team has been hard at work to ensure the venues look on point at the Rothesay Classic Birmingham at Edgbaston Priory Club, the cinch Championships at The Queen’s Club, The Championships Qualifying Competition at the AELTC Community Sports Centre Roehampton and at The Championships, Wimbledon.
The team has delivered thousands of square metres of event branding across the four venues for our two clients, the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) and The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) from umpire chairs, grandstand banners and deckchairs to courtside boards, press conference backdrops and flags.
We have also worked to present creative sustainable solutions for reuse and repurposing of old event branding from 2022 which have been implemented by our clients, such as water bottle holders for ball crew at Queen’s and the Royal Box staging cover at the AELTC. Below are some key statistics from the tournament.
