Wrapping up another remarkable year for #1 UCI World Tour team
UAE Team Emirates, the world’s top-ranked UCI World Tour team, closed out their historic 2024 season with their annual visit to the UAE’s capital, Abu Dhabi. In 2024, the team celebrated an incredible 81 victories, and were named the UCI World Tour Number 1 team for the second season.
Arriving in the UAE, the squad embarked on a packed schedule filled with several partner activations and team-building activities, with the highlight of the visit being the #WeAreUAE Community Ride-Along at Al Hudayriat Island, where a record-breaking 1,136 fans joined their heroes on track for an unforgettable celebration of cycling.
The team also hosted an event alongside their partner ADNOC titled “ADNOC’s Mini Accelerators” – giving 124 young children the opportunity to hit the handlebars for a technical bike-skills session alongside UAE Team Emirates riders and staff.
We continue to manage UAE Team Emirates’ communications and operational activities each year across the region. This visit, we focused on delivering the End of Season Press Conference and the #WeAreUAE Community Ride-Along, overseeing partner visits, coordinating team-building activities, as well as all communication and PR requirements throughout the week. We can’t wait for what promises to be another incredible season for the team in 2025.
