Wake Forest University engaged CSM Production to present new ideas to elevate its homecoming activities to a new level and create an annual event.

What we did

The CSM Production Special Events team collaborated across all the internal production teams to design and execute large-scale private outdoor parties the night before the university’s homecoming football game and huge alumni tailgate party the day of the game.

The results

The events included custom hospitality build outs, staging, AVL, creative design, and operations. The custom hospitality build outs included tent structures, branded bars, custom décor elements including a giant top hat, and furniture elements.

The night before the homecoming game guests enjoy musical entertainment from our SL250 stage, where we also provide all branding and audio support. Our partnership with Wake Forest University has grown over the years to include their Wake Will campaign events, distinguished alumni events, and commencement ceremonies.
